A couple favorite recipits from the luncheon.

Garden Pea Salad
-Drained 15 oz LeSeuer Sweet Peas
-2 grated hard boiled eggs
-1/4 cup chopped onion
-2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
--Mix everything together.
--Add salt and pepper to taste
**you may want to add a small jar of chopped pimentos.

Cucumber, Onion, and Pepper Salad
-1 3/4 cups sugar
-1/2 cup vinegar
-2 tablespoons salt
-5 small diced cucumbers
-1 chopped onion
-1 chopped green pepper
--Boil sugar, vinegar, and salt untill the mixture is clear
--Let cool
--Pour liquid over cucumbers, onions, and green pepper
--Refrigerate overnight
**liquid can keep up to 2 weeks
